Q: Do you groom cats?
A: No.

Q: What are your hours for grooming?
A: Monday – Saturday, with early morning appointments starting at 7am for your convenience. The office is open Monday – Saturday 8am to 6pm and
there is always someone there to answer your call during those business hours.

Q: How long does it take for a grooming?
A: A typical grooming takes about an hour.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: W accept cash, credit cards, and checks, BUT CASH IS PREFERRED.

Q: Do you work year round?
A: Yes we work year round weather permitting.

Q: How often should my dog be groomed?
A: On the average, dogs should be groomed every 4-6 weeks, of course this depends on the owners ability to do daily brush outs. It also depends on
your dogs breed, coat and how often they go outside. You should try to lock
in a recurring appointment to avoid having to wait for your next appointment.

Q: Does frequent bathing harm my dog?
A: No, veterinarians will encourage you to have your dog groomed on a regular basis.

Q: What type of products do you use on my dog?
A: In an attempt to give my clients the best service I use only premium shampoos and conditioners that are designed specifically for dogs. However
if you prefer that i use your shampoo, just provide me with it.

Q: Do I have to be home for you to groom my dog?
A: For the first time yes. When both your dog and I feel comfortable with
each other we can make arrangements for grooming to be done without your presence.

Q: Is mobile grooming more expensive than shop grooming?
A: Yes, a bit more and for that you get the convenience of not making two trips to the grooming shop and having to wait approximately 4 hours in between drop-off and pick-up times. Your dog will also benefit from a less stressful environment with no barking dogs, no cages and no wait time with only me grooming your dog each and everytime in familiar surroundings.

Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: Yes, we only groom dogs under 100 pounds.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Yes, we don’t groom dogs over 14 years of age or at the groomers discretion.
